"Happy Chinese New Year!!"

Yahoo! EATING, DRINKING, PLAYING & ...... HAVING LOTS OF FUN - That's all I experienced through this Chinese New Year!! I have never been so relax that I can taste a wide range of biscuits and cakes, enjoy delicious meals, drink all kinds of soft drinks, watch blockbuster Chinese movie - Red Cliff (赤壁), play cards ( ...shh...I just watched at the sides and didn't involve in it) and the list goes on. It seems like my life is a bed of roses. Haha ><

This is the most precious time for me to meet my relatives as well as my friends from far and near. Frankly speaking, we hardly have the chance to meet and chat with each other except this festive season. This new year indeed brings me a lot of great surprises. My eldest aunt staying in Singapore returned to Kota Tinggi; my cousin, Jun Fong, who graduated from Segi University College and is now employed by Hitachi Company, shared his valuable studying experience with me; my Form 3 classmates, Hakim, Riduan and Zulkifli dropped by my house on the first day of Chinese New Year after half a decade's absence. Fantastic!!

I hope that all my dreams come true and good luck is always on my side throughout the Year of Rabbit......

The Call

Before this, I still had a glimmer of hope, hoping that I could teach at my previous primary school - SJK (C) New Kota, Kota Tinggi temporarily. In fact, I would like to refresh my childhood's school days. After answering a call from Jabatan Pelajaran negeri Johor this afternoon, what I have hoped can now only be a pipe dream. Unluckily, there are only vacancies for temporary teachers at schools in Pengerang. Oh my god! Pengerang is not just a stone's throw away from my house. To reach there, I have to travel at least an hour. It's Hobson's choice - either I accept the offer by teaching in Pengerang, or I reject it and plan for the next step. Finally, I reject it. The next step is ....... ???
